Customize Shortcuts
The Ogeemo shortcut is more than a button—it is the control node for your Spider Web of operations.
Why Shortcuts Matter
Moving from "App-Juggling" to one place for everything.
Traditional software treats features as isolated silos. In Ogeemo, every tool is a node on your digital nervous system. Shortcuts allow you to sculpt this system to match your exact business mind.
Most businesses use only 20% of their software's features. Shortcuts let you turn off the other 80%, creating a zero-clutter workspace focused on execution.
Stop hunting through deep menus. Your curated shortcuts follow you in the sidebar 'Command Strip', allowing for instant context pivots.
How to Manage Your Shortcuts
A simple drag-and-drop workflow to customize your hub.
Go to the Customize My Shortcuts. You will see two panels:
- Available Shortcuts: A library of every Ogeemo module and your custom links.
- My Shortcuts: The items currently active on your dashboard and sidebar.
Simply drag an item from "Available Shortcuts" to "My Shortcuts" to add it to your command set.
Take Control
Ready to organize your Ogeemo workspace? Jump directly into the manager and arrange your custom shortcuts.
Master Tip
Use the "Full Menu" view in the sidebar to see everything Ogeemo has to offer, then use "My Shortcuts" to build your perfect, high-speed "Favorites" list. This is the secret to true "Spider Web" efficiency.
How to Create a Shortcut
1. Open My Shortcuts.
2. Click the "+ Create Shortcut" button.
3. Select Internal Page to bookmark an Ogeemo tool, or Custom URL for external sites.
4. Name your shortcut and click Save. It will appear in your "Available Shortcuts" library.
Web Shortcuts
Your spider web doesn't have to stop at Ogeemo's borders. Use the '+ Create Shortcut' button in the manager and select 'Custom URL'.
By entering a full web address (e.g., https://www.google.com), you can create instant shortcuts to any site outside of Ogeemo, such as your bank's login, real-time stock trackers, or industry news feeds. This turns Ogeemo into your absolute global hub.
