How to create, manage, and understand tenants in Ogeemo.
Who can use this page
This page is restricted to the Ogeemo master tenant. Only a user with super_admin access and isMasterTenant = true can create, view, edit, pause, or delete tenant organizations.
What this page does
The Tenant Manager creates brand-new customer companies, each with its own isolated organization and founding super admin.
It also lets the master tenant review all current non-master tenant organizations and manage their status.
How to create a tenant
- Enter the new company name.
- Enter the founding admin email.
- Optionally add the admin name.
- Optionally enter a password for a brand-new account.
- Click Create Tenant.
Important behavior
A password field is only used when creating a brand-new auth account. If the email already belongs to an existing user, the password stays unchanged.
Each tenant is isolated. The master tenant is not the same as a customer tenant, and master-tenant access does not automatically grant business access inside a customer org.
Tenant actions
You can review the tenant list, open a tenant for editing, pause or reactivate it, and delete it when appropriate.
The founding admin for each tenant is treated as the organization owner and gets the full super admin role within that tenant.
