The Company Silo Paradigm
Ogeemo operates on a Multi-Tenant Silo Structure. Each tenant represents one company or organization, and every user invited into that tenant belongs to the same company workspace. This is a shared team environment: teammates in the same tenant are meant to collaborate and see each other's work within that company instance.
The silo remains between companies, not within a company. A user in your company cannot see, query, or interact with data from any other company, but users inside the same tenant can work together in the same shared workspace. To expand your team, new users must be invited by an Administrator directly from inside the existing company tenant.
Central Operations & Hierarchy
Standard users cannot join your company database from the public sign-up page. To add a team member:
- Navigate to the User Manager dashboard.
- Click the "+ Add User" button.
- Fill out the user's name, email, and assign them a role.
Once they are invited into the same company tenant, they join the same shared company workspace and are expected to see and collaborate on the team’s work. Our system automatically provisions their secure login credentials and their place in the company workspace. They will receive an email with instructions to securely log in.
